High Spirits Flute Signature Migration

The High Spirits Migration Signature Flute is handcrafted from a single piece of Aromatic Cedar, a tonal wood we consider exceptional, offering the flute’s voice a beautiful balance of warmth and clarity.

The inspiration for the High Spirits Flute, Migration Signature model came from the Sandhill Cranes that migrate by the thousands to Southern Arizona each year.

During the winter season, the Sandhill Cranes come south to enjoy the temperate climate, and the vision of witnessing hundreds of large birds flying and grazing was so awe-inspiring.

Tuned in the key of G minor (440 Hz), it can also be played in the relative major diatonic scale in the key of A♯ / B♭.  This flute is approximately 21 inches (44 cm) long.

Aromatic Cedar wood ranges in colour from ginger orange to burgundy red. In some cases, it also features the yellow-toned sapwood of Aromatic Cedar. The flute also has turquoise stone decorative inlay.
